I’m naturally a bit cheeky and love a good laugh! I believe that even when things are tough, finding humour can be a real lifeline, and I hope we can share a few laughs here too.

OUR GROUP

The idea for FND Moray sparked after attending FND group meetings in Aberdeenshire, which kindly held meetings in Elgin every few months or so. While I am grateful to them, it hit me like a lightning bolt: Moray needed its own dedicated support system. A place where people in our community could connect, share experiences, and feel truly understood, without having to travel so far.
